The Panelists

Scott Tanksley founded Authentity after being a service provider to two Fortune 500 companies, and then at the other end of the spectrum, helping 20 fledgling ventures get started across the U.S. Along the way he noticed a communication gap that occurs as organizations scale. Leaders could see the negative effects everywhere, but felt resigned that it unavoidably comes with scale. Authentity offers a practical way to address this gap that helps companies become more agile, engage their people, and move on the opportunities they identify.

Scott graduated from Mississippi State and UNC-Chapel Hill. He did a TED talk because it was quicker than writing a book, loves to fly in the smallest, fastest plane he can get aboard, and happily resides in Roswell, Ga. with his family and spoiled dog.

Lisa Fiondella is the CEO of reFocus Analytics, LLC, a data analytics company that builds and implements predictive analytic solutions to improve B2B sales and marketing programs. She is a seasoned marketing, analytics and sales leader with over 25 years of executive leadership experience with Reed Elsevier, Fiserv and Equifax. At Reed Elsevier, Lisa was the chief customer officer for their Reed Construction Data business unit where she built and led a team of over 150 B2B marketing and selling professionals to achieve a 40% increase in sales productivity. At Fiserv, Lisa was senior vice president of product and business development focused on integrating a newly acquired business into Fiserv and on expanding Fiserv’s risk management offerings. At Equifax, Lisa was senior vice president over their decisioning business unit, Interconnect, and was a member of Equifax’s executive management team.

As vice president of global product marketing, Rosemary Griesmer joined Elavon to build out the global product marketing team and lead the establishment of a more robust go-to-market discipline in support of faster time to revenue for new product launches. Prior to joining Elavon, Rosemary spent her career in B2B marketing, business development and sales leadership roles within the Fintech, Payments and Supply Chain sectors, including roles at Manhattan Associates, First Data, Equifax, and JCB.  She holds a marketing degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA from DePaul University.

Sander Biehn founded Thought Horizon based on principles he learned during his 17-year career at a major telecom provider. Sander’s proven approach helps B2B sales and marketing teams work together to create content and engagement with target markets and customers. He holds a provisional patent in social media and published a book on workplace innovation: The 30 Year Paycheck.

He has spoken at conferences and on the radio about social media innovation.

Sander loves amateur geology and astronomy. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Philosophy and Classical Studies. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Kevin Neel (moderator of the discussion) has 15 years of experience in financial sales and marketing with United Capital. He co-founded a stock market education website and just became a private pilot. He and his family live in Cumming, Ga.
