Like Einstein’s Event Horizon, Thought Horizon was born in the nexus of two powerful forces. In our case it was Sales and Marketing.
Our CEO Sander Biehn founded Thought Horizon. During his career at a Fortune 20 company, he realized that neither the art of sales nor B2B digital marketing had changed much in the preceding 20 years.
Meanwhile, social media channels were exploding with business buyers seeking thought leadership concerning the problems they needed to solve.
Despite the proliferation of software point-solutions for social media, no one seemed to be addressing the question of bringing buyer and seller together in conversation online.
Our founder discovered that by creating and marketing highly specific, meaningful content to individual buyer groups, he could predict and drive new sales.
The key was to create real conversations, not mechanized ones.
Today, Thought Horizon provides our clients a process to create real conversations with their customers.

Meet the Team
Sander Biehn founded Thought Horizon based on principles he learned during his 17-year career at a major telecom provider. For over 3 years Thought Horizon has helped organizations to build, manage and succeed using social selling.
Sander created the Ready For Social™ platform to enable B2B sales and marketing teams to work together to create content and engagement with target markets and customers.
Sander holds a provisional patent in Social Media and has published a book on workplace innovation entitled, The 30 Year Paycheck.
Sander loves amateur geology and astronomy. He graduated from Duke University with a degree in Philosophy and Classical Studies. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.
Matt Apesos is VP of Sales and Operations. He has experience leading projects in the defense and aerospace industries, and previously ran his own innovation consultancy.
Matt believes the rise of social media is forcing long-term, systemic changes to how businesses initiate and sustain relationships with their customers.
He has a deep understanding of how to use social media tools for marketing and sales applications.
Matt is an avid runner who loves spicy food and a bold cup of coffee. He has a BA in Political Science from West Virginia University and an MBA in Strategy from Emory University. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
Deepty is a creative marketer with over 5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing across a wide range of industries including travel, real estate and technology.
She is particularly passionate about helping clients attract, retain and engage their most profitable customers using various digital channels.
She loves to read and travel and lives with her husband in Atlanta.
Deepty brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to the Though Horizon team, and we are lucky to have her!
Amber is a content specialist with expertise in building and managing end-to-end content for clients to assist and meet desired ROI.
Her main focus is to align sales and marketing through rich content and help businesses find new leads by using Thought Horizon’s platform.
Amber graduated from Georgia Gwinnett College with a BA in Business Administration. She enjoys reading, coaching gymnastics, playing tennis, and traveling the world.
Amber's ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment makes her a key member on the Thought Horizon team.
Monika has vast experience in marketing and B2B sales. Her background spans everything from startups to global wholesale markets, and from industries as diverse as transportation and telecom.
Her duties include running European business development along with product management of the Ready For Social™ software for social sellers.
She holds degrees from the University of Applied Science, Bremen, Euromed Management, Marseille, France and Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Monika brings a deep knowledge of business and a strong discipline in product management to the table for Thought Horizon.
Taylor is a content specialist with an extensive knowledge of and passion for social media. She translates these interests into marketing and sales results for clients.
She focuses on the importance of social selling and providing the expertise needed to drive critical relationships between buyers and sellers in the modern sales environment.
Taylor graduated from The University of Southern Mississippi with a BA in English. She enjoys running, traveling internationally, and playing with her dog - Bear.
Taylor brings her outgoing personality, the ability to adapt to a changing environment, and great determination and skill to the Thought Horizon team!
